I'm brand new to this forum, and came here in desperate need of advice. Though I come from a family of gardeners and grew up on a farm, I myself have never really been the gardening type. I've tried my hand at limited growing. Currently I'm trying to grow a small salsa garden because I love yo can. I'm noticing that my Anaheim peppers are growing to appx 4-5" in length, and then they are getting what I can only as dim is some type of rot starting about an inch from the bottom. Can anyone tell me what this is and how to stop it? I've tried to attach a photo, but don't know if it will be successful. Any and all advice VERY welcome.

See www.reddit.com/r/HotPeppers/ you might try asking there and re-post picture there. Is a forum specialized in all things about hot peppers lots of advice on growing. I do grow some but in windowsill I did have Anaheim seed twice but seeds failed to germinate. Do not overwater plants but could be something else.
