This our first year trying bee balms and most are doing vary good. I have one plant that now has yellowing leaves, with worst at the bottom. I have other plants close to this but don't have the problem. Any suggestions.
In my limited experience with Bee Balm, it has always looked rough the first year of transplant. Yellow, sickly, etc. It looks much better the second year. YMMV

I have to agree. The first year is a little funky, but the next year they really begin to fill out and start to happen. Any perennial takes some time to get established. Whats the saying? Sleep, creep, leap? I think that's it.
The rain (we are up 10 inches since June 1) has added more height that I am use to on all my plants. I would cautiously watch it. It will take a cutting, but if it goes out it's not likely to return.
Has it bloomed? Can you pinch it down some?
