Hello,
I planted a few plants including a jade a moss in my outdoor planter early this summer to bring life to my plain balcony. A few weeks ago, I noticed there was a new little plant growing and thought I was having luck with my first planter. Now it's grown to be about a foot tall and keeps growing and doesn't look like anything else I planted. Can anyone help me identify if this is a weed and how to proceed?
Could be Lambsquarters. A wild edible if it is... chock full of vitamin A and K as well as minerals. I'd say just pull 'em up if you don't want 'em—don't let 'em go to seed.
It is a weed.....I think it is sorrel, but not sure of that. No its not sorrel.....just pull it out before it takes over and its roots are hard to dislodge.
