The one posted is labeled carrot.

Here are ones for beet, beans, corn, radish and all have different designs on the outside. These were owned by a relative and based on all the weed eaters they had which were all the electric hand type, these parts do not seem to fit.

Since each one is for a different vegetable then.........?

More likely they are the blades from an old crank grinder used to shred vegetables.

Someone sent us this link. It seems they are seeders. The holes around the edges for each type vegetable allows the seeds to be distributed.
