Soil temps are dropping, time to consider that fall pre-emergent application especially if you have a problem with annual blue grass. Just got my application down.

What will you be putting down? I don't have issues with annual blue grass.
The only issue I have in fall winter and spring weeds are annual bluegrass which generally occurs in a small area of my lawn that is shaded so I generally just treat that part. Typically I have gone with WeedStop to you or and I'll go for a second application early December.

Just put down another application of Scott’s Turf Builder Winterguard.
I will be putting my second round out either today or tomorrow. I mowed everything yesterday and there is rain coming. The low temperatures will be close to freezing early next week with the high in the low 50's. The high temperatures were in the low 80's a few days ago.
