Majesty palms like constantly moist soil & because they are fast growing they will quickly drain the soil in pots of nutrients. Are these newly purchased? If so they may not have been properly acclimatised to the sun & that can bleach/scorch the fronds too. The other damage looks like it has been caused by wind/insect damage. Grasshoppers can much away on palm fronds, another possibility is that the already damaged fronds were raided by birds for nesting material...
I would water & feed them well & keep saucers under the pots so they never completely dry out. They will quickly grow nice new fronds...
