You're changing brands...too hard to get milorganite or you think you might get better results with the new one?

I am thinking about doing milorganite twice; spring and fall only, and corn gluten for weed control.

Oh, I see, you get double the coverage with the Home Depot bag.

Not changing brands...Milo is one of a kind.

Just broadening products after a soil test and seeing my phosphorous was a little high.

Used Purely Organic intermittently last year and impressed with the value of the product in relation to the results.

What's a good price for Milo? It seems so variable I never feel like I'm getting a decent deal...maybe if i lived in Wisconsin?

As an alternative, you may want to see if your local waste district offers biosolids for free. I am in Chicagoland and we can pick it up whenever we want or have it delivered and get a discount off our sewer bill.

Good price? I've never really seen any variation in the price itself generally $16.98 at Home Depot or Lowe's.

I see it's almost $17 this spring.

I swear it's been creeping up. When I started buying it 5 years ago, I think I paid $11-12 a bag.

Yes just about exactly $17. I was at Home Depot today and checked it out. Good old Milo is now up to $16.98 a bag.

Both both Lowe’s and Home Depot have got on the bandwagon as both of them have come out with her own version of Milo for a few dollars cheaper a bag.

Milo still one of a kind however it’s increasingly becoming questionable at 2500 ft.² for $17.

Actually when you can get Purely Organic Lawn Food for $18 a bag covering 5000 ft.² it is increasingly becoming the product to go with as I picked a bag of it today.
