Did anyone else pickup Milorganite at True Value 32lb 2,500 Sq ft bag for the blazing hot price of $6.99?

Looking for the Scotts Deluxe EdgeGuard Broadcast setting for putting down bag per 2,500 Sq ft.

Yes, The Scott setting is 11 1/2. Set your spreader at 5, and run the yard, then set it 6 1/2 and run it perpendicular to your last run.

Recall seeing somewhere that setting was actually too high? As it will not cover 2500 square feet per bag at that rate?

I wouldn't use it if you paid me. It's known for high concentrations of metals and other contaminants that get flushed into the sewer system.

I use it on large potted flowering trees. What's wrong with recycling our own waste and putting it to good purpose on a plant that is not edible?
I do not use it on lawns or edibles.
Only reason I don't use on lawns is I've read that honeybees and butterflies don't like it, and we let a few flowering weeds grow in there for those insects, so a no-go. Also, too close to a canal.

LOL Doesn't every fertilizer?

Don't plan on eating the stuff, just putting it on my grass and shrubs.

Suppose to be great for lawns in the summertime, deep greening without excessive growth. Also plan on using it on my plants to green up the leaves.
