Is it disease, or rather some kind of water issue? Could the plants be in the bright sun so that the flower tips are drying out from the light and heat?

let me say that sometimes streps just don't like where they are and so are African violets . I have lost everyone of my African violets and none to my fault either . I grow everything else beautifully but not streps nor avs . They are finicky and if they don't like where they are they will not thrive . sorry but that is just the truth of the matter .
