Can someone help me? There is white residue on my flowers, plants. Is there a homemade solution I can spray on them to get rid of it. I have seen it on my phlox before.

residue? I don't know so much about that word, but it could be mealybugs. Can you post picture(s), or look at Google images below?

Powdery mildew?

Without a pic, it's impossible to say.

Is it on everything? Or just particular plants?

Also - did you spray anything on your plants? Sprays often leave residue.
