of course. I buy it to eat, not to look at. Probably tastes better then the genetically engineered pretty stuff.

I have no problem buying ugly produce. Heirloom tomatoes are considered ugly tomatoes by some. There's no reason not to buy ugly produce, unless you need perfect produce for show, like at a dinner party.


I remember a story when I lived in Florida, they wouldn't sell ugly tomatoes:
