I am going to try to get a closeup picture soon before the flowers fade. Any requests that may assist identification? bark etc?

OK, I took more photos. I do not believe the tree is the Redbud, but the pictures I provided don't really do it justice.. Again, this is located in a beach Southern California town, I haven't seen any other trees like it...

We have a winner! Googling that name came up with many similar examples. Thank you! It is a stunning tree that has to be seen in person to fully appreciate.
