This was the only thing that worked reliably for me. Well worth the price. None of the home remedies or sprays worked for more than a week, even with reapplication.

My grandmother had an 8 foot fence surrounding her victory garden and they were still jumping in. It took raising the fence to 10 feet to stop them.

Try milorganite available at The Home Depot--a fertilizer made from human sewage...deer hate it. I used it and kept deer off of my daylilies successfully in the Atlanta area.

Different herds respond to different methods and actually eat different things. What the deer in my neighborhood don't like they gobble up in my friends' neighborhood. I've used milorganite as a fertilizer for 40 years (30 in the Atlanta area) but it never worked to keep the deer away.

I tried the motion detector sprinkler. The Fed Ex man was not amused!
