I have quite a bunch of honeysuckle growth all round my backyard. I plan to clear the lot of all the honeysuckle but can't do much about the growth on the neighbors' land.
So I am thinking to install some sort of an artificial playground grass which should be durable, usuable and not something that heats up in Summers.
The idea is to not worry too much about honeysuckle creeping back into my yard and have a relatively low maintenance headache.
It can get hot, grow mold, and you're supposed to vacuum it. If it's not near the house, get any kind of thick, rubbery plastic and throw some mulch on top.
