Torrential rain for days here has left some of my garden plants struggling...

The old standard Patio tomato plant has quickly developed lower leaves turning yellow and mottled, not just the lowest ones either.

Anyone had this happen before? I hope it's just the overdose of water...it has good drainage but I only have a few tomato plants so I'm concerned....my heirloom tomato plants still look healthy.

???

One of my container tomatoes also have yellow leaves at the bottom but lots of tomato blooms and otherwise look healthy. I am really not concerned about this. yes, we too have had a lot of rain with more to come in the next few days.

Yellow leaves at the bottom....time for Daconil fungicide, use as directed. If you can mulch below the plant leaves to prevent soil from splashing on the leaves during downpours, you will be better off.

Thanks. I just moved the container tomato plant under eaves, as it's raining yet again.
