My son has a hard time keeping the birds away from the blueberries. Hope you have better luck!!
Thanks for the warning. The only birds we had trouble with here were Canada geese, especially the ones with offspring. They came up the yard the first year and stripped the blackberries, so we put a cheesy plastic mesh fence around them and that was enough for the geese, who are not too bright. I'll have to give the smart little birds some thought.
