and you will spend every fall reseeding. After 30+ years of doing this, I have switched to TifTuf bermuda. It does need to be mowed once a week in the summer, and you do have to watch it spreading into flower beds etc, but it does spread and fill in nicely. Also, once it is established, the weeds have a tough time getting started.
