Does anyone have Mason Bee houses? (city, bees, house, new)

I have a new bee in my bonnet to make some Mason bee houses. I like the idea of encouraging pollinators to my garden. Any pointers are appreciated.

I’m a sink or swim gardener, and I’m not going to do anything but place the house and see what happens. If they come, I will protect the cocoons and clean it out every year.

I’m in zone 8b.
