That's a lot of money for a 10 000 sf inconvenience. Money, you could possibly find very useful some time down the road, for better application, considering all the mess.

I know one thing.
Whatever causes it, will cause it again, unless cause is remedied.

Btw, folks fill uneven spots with just sand. Sand is cheap. grass will grow through it.

Rent a skid steer. The mini skid steers rent from Home Depot for $290 a day more or less. Get a load of fill delivered and start flattening. Then reseed.
