Can anyone tell me what this damn thing is. I sprayed a round of tenacity, I know it will kill the other weeds. Not sure about this one since I cant identify it!

It is one of a dock species - most likely perennial- deep rooted tap root - could go 3 feet down- if you break it- it would grow back eventually-unless you deny light by thick grass cover - your lawn is too thin- don’t spray - put more premium grass seeds to thicken your lawn

Don’t let it go to seed- the younger plants nearby could be easier to remove completely- after the rain- loosen up the soil with the garden fork- as deep as you can - then try to pull the whole plant.

The more mature mother plant - keep cutting below the soil level - again as deep as you can go- to exhaust the root: the moment you see green pop-up.
Don’t let the colony establish.

I would plant something else to cover the soil - grass seeds or mulch it

According to the "Picture This" app on my phone, it's called Bitter Dock (rumex obtusifolius.)
