The driveway is concrete and whatever it is, it kicks the rocks and dirt away at the side to burrow under the driveway. It's not a very big hole so it must be small. I have never seen anything except lizards around that area, so what is trying to get under my drive? I hope it's not a snake. I don't think that can dig, can they?

You can get a motion detector game/trail camera for under $100 and do a "stakeout".

Around here it's usually chipmunks under sidewalks and driveways. Not sure if same out where you are.

Snakes can and will nest under driveways. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news.

We don’t have snakes here, only in the wild, but my husband saw with his own eyes.

Snakes still need somebody else to dig the holes under the driveway for them. They can't do it theirselves.
