Most of my plants are dying. This is something new.....never has happened before. I cannot provide pictures, but some of the leaves turn totally brown and crispy. Whatever it is: it comes back over and over. My Phlox, Coneflowers, Dahlias, all devastated. It is not lack of water.....it is an insect. But it does not bother Lilies, Hemerocallis, or any other bulb plant matter. I have used Insecticidal Soap, 3-1 Neem Oil, and nothing works. It comes back. It is not a fungus. I spray for that often using Captan, and other fungus products.
I came across Potanta and Radasca looking through the internet because I saw a black insect flying out of one of my plants, when I touched it. It resemble a beetle....take a look, and thank you...
