I live in a new apartment with a balcony and would love to be able to grow some of my own fruits and veggies. Ideally, I would love strawberries and tomatoes. But, being that I only get the morning sun, would these grow very well? What can I try?

If nothing edible, what about flowers?

I think most veggies need 6-8 hours of good sunlight, but lettuce might get by on less (they can even like a bit of dappled shade).
