What type of grass is this? Close up photo provided. (lawn, weeds)

I moved to central Florida last September. Back then, my lawn was green and lush. After this winter, there are a lot of brown patches and weeds are overtaking the lawn. It's a mix of St. Augustine and this grass. Can anyone identify what type this is? I want to make sure I apply the right weed / feed. I also want to over seed but need to know the type of seed.
