It sort of started to partially thaw in some places today. Now its freezing again (maybe 30-31F atm?) and will be fully frozen by Friday morning. Sunday is supposed to have a high of 60F though so it should thaw properly then, and then freeze again.

Temps are sky rocketing with spring around the corner in 4 days then onto summer.

Oregon 45-50’ not quite up to planting anything yet.
Good source of reference for soil temps throughout the years is the college ag section. Just google history soil temps and all season 12 months and several years .
