27.5C (81.5F) here today. I think it's been over a decade since we had this kind of heat in April and tomorrow may be hotter yet. Normal high for this time of year would be 10.5C (51F). That means today and tomorrow's highs are 30F+ above average.

Massive anomalies aren't as common here as elsewhere in the Midwest since we have a lot of lake influence, but the wind is blowing from just the right direction to avoid lake effect cooling despite being only 2000ft from Lake Ontario.

I'm down for that. It puts us in the moderately above average category. But our summers aren't that hot so that mostly just means more days in the 80s and fewer days in the 70s.

My garden is dry and hot right now. But the temps drop down again to around freezing this weekend. Hopefully I can plant after this weekend.

87 degrees today in Charlotte NC but it gets back to 70s in couple days which will let me get some gardening done.
It's been a nice spring here with more 60s and 70 degrees I like.
