They don't seem to be set up for online orders however. There are no prices or way to order other than calling them.
The family-owned nursery centers here (in the DC metro area) recommend and sell Jonathan Green seeds. The mixes probably aren't all that different from those used in Pennsylvania (except maybe in the mountains?) https://www.jonathangreen.com/ They sell online. I bought a bag of their Ultraseed and plan to overseed with it (and clover) in the next couple of weeks. Ironically, Jonathan Green only discusses how to get rid of clover, not plant it.

Thanks for the recommendation. I can't find this seed anywhere around me but I did order it once online. I can't say for sure if it was any better than the Scott's brand. I ordered the dense shad version since that is the part of my yard where I have the hardest time growing grass.

The shade is tough on lawn: fine fescues are more tolerant of shade, but you may still need to over seed annually to keep it thick.
Fescues don’t tolerate traffic and need moisture. If you have dry shade - it will be a battle to keep any grass growing successfully - hence maybe switching to some shrubbery or some carex ornamental grasses: some are evergreen.

The J Green seed mix mentioned - has tall fescues in it - very rough weedy looking grass - unless it is a cultivar bred for more narrow blades and shorter stature.

You may consider hiring an arborist - to properly cut lower branches of the shade trees to let the sun in on your lawn.

The cuts have to be done very precisely- otherwise you damage the trees. The cut number 3 should look as round, not oval - otherwise the tree may not be able to fully close the cut
