Push mower or lawn tractor?
Not sure what you are seeing but it may just be that the mower is leaving lines from going back and forth. It leans the grass over a bit when cutting.

And when you mow, mow in different directions every time if it bothers you.
Ever seen Baseball Outfields ?
Looking at OP's history, I think he's trolling us. I hope that's the case.

Don't mow it. Plant some wildflowers which smell good (sweet peas) (honey suckle) (wild lilacs white & purple on the edges of the area), etc. Leave the area as a meadow.
Overlap the a swathe that you cut. The tires push the grass down below the blades, so you have to go back over it to get it.
That works for me. However mostly I don't care about them.
