One of my favorite hobbies involves garden crafts, whether dressing up pots for planting, doing something with stone, or mosaic stepping stones, stringing fishing line for flowers to climb. I have so many ideas in my head - I am all over the place.

My current project de jour I am just starting on are stepping stones, but Home Depot and Lowes are sold out of round stepping stones, so I am looking at 12 inch square, smooth finish concrete blocks. My next decision is do I use broken tile, or go to Goodwill/Salvation Army and buy colorful dishes (to break up). I'm no artist, so I am looking online for coloring books with large pix to use as a pattern.

I will post pix when I get going, but I need a warm up in the weather, first - this is something I have to take on outdoors.

So, what are you doing?

I just dug in some posts and used zip ties and nylon cord to make peony supports. It looks a little like an overdone cat's cradle type thing. I expect it will be completely invisible once the peonies get going.
