I have 32 powder coated black aluminum baluster/spindles, and I would lol be to find a use for them in my yard. Either something for flowers/plants, or to use to hang/display stained glass (a hobby of mine).

Any ideas?

depending on their diameter you could either use them horizontally on a trellis or vertically with wooden upper and lower pieces to make a divider or a decorative border panel to demarcate garden sections.
You could also use several horizontally spaced close together to make shelves between wooden uprights. Similarly they could be used as table tops for plants in small pots. Would make a nice herb garden table.

Actually, maybe you could send them to me ;-)

Dog agility poles- for when you get your own dog.

Hmmm...interesting idea, not sure if they would "chime" but I'll check that out. Thanks!

About 28" I think. They're outside and it's raining otherwise I would go measure them.

Not sure what you mean. A table top??

Diameter is about an inch I believe, and they are about 28" long.

Well okay then. Scratch that. I could think of one use in our garden- I'd drill holes evenly spaced every 10-12" and pound them in the ground, run string or fishing wire through them and use them as a trellis for low growing plants like some pea varieties.

Could use them as row markers with the string- 2 poles joined with string and mark your rows- I do that with wooden stakes and string for my corn rows.
