I grew some paper whites from bulbs to use as centerpieces for Christmas. They cooperated very nicely and should peak on or about December 24th (amazing for me since my Christmas cactus is closed up tight as a drum)

What should I do with the bulbs after Christmas? Can I plant them and ever expect to see them grow again?

When the foliage begins to dry, dig them up and let the bulb dry. Then you can replant them. Depending on where you live, you may be able to plant them in your garden and let them naturalize.

..just to add a couple words, paper whites,as well as some other Narcissus cultivars have already started blooming in many yards here in this area of California. Perhaps a bit earlier than usual?..outdoors that is ..
