My lawn has been suffering from grub problems since we moved in this spring. This afternoon, I had it aerated and I spread new grass seed over it.

I would also like to have my lawn care company do another application of grub killer to the lawn. Will that spraying of insecticide interfere with the new grass seed I just put down? Thanks in advance.

It should not affect the seed. The label on each chemical must tell you exactly how and when it can be used. If you intend to have a company do this for you, you can ask them to show you the label. As I said to begin, most grub control products should not affect seed germination. If its a combination type product, that could be a problem.

I think you can apply milky spore any time and it shouldn't hurt your seedlings. I think milky spore would be better than insecticide spray.
