What if you could go to a big warehouse and there were crops growing (hydroponically probably) and you could pick your own stuff. There would be blueberry bushes, tomatoes, etc.. So, you know that everything was fresh as could be. Just wondering if anybody else has thought of this.

Do you mean pick your own produce? There are places like that all over the country. If you do a goodle search, you find alot of listings. Here is the website I have used in the past:

Where to Find Pick-Your-Own Fruit and Vegetable Farms / Orchards for Local, Fresh Fruit, Vegetables and Pumpkins, Along With Canning, Freezing & Preserving Instructions!

I think only certain crops can be grown hydroponically and in general, they don't taste as good as fruit & produce from the ground. Also vegetable plants tend to be much more delicate and wouldn't be able to take the abuse that u-pick eco-tourists dish out.
