I know I can look this up on the web, but just wondered if anyone out there has had a similar problem and chose trees and palms that remedied the problem.
If the water is somewhat brakish...MANGROVES are perfect, however it cannot be either totally salty nor fresh..in between. You didn't mention is it a river or bay etc. They won't survive in fresh water as far as I know. Mangrove - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
