Was wondering if anyone else is having or had a major problem w/their holly leaves turning yellow? I have about 8 in a row and they all have some leaves turning yellow...some of the shrubs have a good amount turning yellow..

I'm worried that I'm going to lose these bushes...went to the local grower today and they told me its the excessive rain we got over the winter and if you've planted them too deep it doesn't help....I bought a slow release fertilizer today which he said might help.

Draining is so-so around the plants (they are on sort of the bottom of a 2 ft hill)

Any suggestions what else I can do to save them?
