No, Fontucky and I are quite a ways beyond 21. 1990's when I moved from CA to VA. He's just jealous cause he had to go to a crummier older high school.

I would agree with that in the case of Africa and Latin America. Not in Asia, though. They've had those notions since long before the European showed up from afar.
