What exactly are you looking for and what records have you already found for him? It would be a waste of time for people to provide you with the records you already have. If you're looking for records of him in the US, we can help with that but we need more direction on what you're looking for.
It looks like FamilySearch doesn't have any records on microfilm for Pekel, Slovenia. There equally doesn't appear to be records for that region on Ancestry.com, so most likely if you're looking for records from Slovenia, you would have to write to the proper city department and request copies of records by mail.
