Press release:

New partnership with FamilySearch adds billions of records to MyHeritage! - MyHeritage.com - English blog

MyHeritage will be adding more than 2 billion records from FamilySearch's historic record collection and profiles from FamilySearch's online family tree to MyHeritage's search engine. In return, FamilySearch will gain access to MyHeritage's technologies "Smart Matching™ and Record Matching so that FamilySearch users will be able to receive matches in the FamilySearch website, especially with the historical records shared by FamilySearch."

(The technologies sort of sound similar to Ancestry's leaf hints to me.)
