I can start but I'm no expert. Maybe if we all put our heads together you'll get an answer.

What I see is:

ALE 84

Studio Hayrapetwood

T____________________? __2

That's as much as I can make out of it.

I think that's High Valyrian.

It means "All Men Must Die".

Thanks guys! I got close to what both of you did. It's a watercolor cartoonish looking picture of a sarcastic looking donkey having booted a man off of his back. The man is lying sprawled on the ground. The words seem foreign perhaps????

Google is your friend in this case. Apparently it's from a made up language in the Game of Thrones.

valar morghulis – "all men must die."

Doesn't make 100% sense to me yet.

Default Studio Hayrapetian

Iranian Watercolor Svarchian Studio Hayrapetian 1955 (11/04/2010)

"Studio Hayrapetian (Demon) was a small art studio in Tehran (Teheran ) that produced watercolors which were then sold in various shops in Iran and also by street vendors. It had its heyday in the 1950s. What made Studio Demon unique was their insistence on retaining only the finest artists to represent the studio.
Unlike a mass production studio, each artist was allowed to personalize his work (to a degree) while still creating the images the studio required. Each painting was created by one artist and each artist was allowed to sign the work. The work the artists produced are thus typically of very high quality. Some of the more well known artists to come out of Studio Demon have been the artists mentioned here R.A Hayrapetian , E. Svarchian , S. Melkonian, V. David and R. Zarian."

The top line may be the artist, last name first, then initials: Ale? S H

The bottom line looks like Teheran, Iran then perhaps 42 for the date?

You might want to get it appraised.
