To me it looks like they have all the info they had before but even more now, especially since they re-added medical info. They mostly just reorganized the data.
My biggest problem with them is upping the price the $200. I'm not sure I can justify a 23andme kit at that price since I only really cared about their better accuracy at smaller segments and admixture ethnicity matching. At $100 I justified it three times, twice even after testing Ancestry DNA.

Nope. They got rid of the countries of ancestry tool, which was arguably the most useful tool on their site.

I think they were more into medical data than genealogical data anyway. I did enjoy their results several years ago but now I wish I had tested with Ancestry--which I may end up doing one of these days. People who test with Ancestry are more interested in finding relatives than people who test though 23andMe.
For most people the medical information is pointless but I hope it gets better. Countries of origin was very helpful and I'm glad I saved my file to a spreadsheet before it went away. Relatives in common, a new tool, looks like it could be helpful if your matches cooperate and add a reasonable profile and set their sharing condition to the right value. Most don't. I find Gedmatch.com to be helpful and somewhat more informative as a tool in using the 23andMe data.
I just received my results. Ultimately, my impression is very under-whelmed by the whole thing. No surprises in ancestry - 50% British/Irish, 30% French/German and the rest Ashkenazi Jew. No medical issues flags and the traits reports were inane. Do I need to know that my hair is most likely brown? Despite a period of insanity where I dyed it black and red in the 9th grade, I can look in a mirror and see that my hair is decidedly brown. Just disappointing, really. I might try Ancestry's when I want to plunk down more $$$.
Ancestry DNA works well if you are a member and have a decent family tree on the site. I get emails all the time from people who tell me they are related to me after having their DNA sequenced through Ancestry, 90% of them don't have a family tree or if they do it consists of two or three generations max. It's hard to explain to them that there's not much you can do with the 'match' unless you have enough generations on your tree that you can find the same ancestor in both of them.

So they don't even have a CSV file downloadable? I thought I just hadn't found it yet. Glad I saved them every few weeks, as more data came in.

You can still download a CVS file. I'm not sure HOW that is done but my son sent me a copy of his. I used it to see if he inherited some of my not-so-great genes. Fortunately, he has not.

Found it. Look at DNA relatives, bottom left says something like, "Download Aggregate Data" or similar.
Click on it to get to you.23andme.com/tools/relatives/download/ which should download a CSV file that can be saved as an Excel file.
Can copy and paste the above bolded link in your browser once you're signed in.
The file is different from the previous versions.
