Ancestry doesn't do health testing, that would be 23 and me.
I have to wake up more to reread the articles, they didn't seem clear to me what genetic testing defines. If you read up a few posts tassity22 said they would do their own blood test of a prospective employee verses asking for your 23 and me results
This is one of the articles I read last month that talks about different genetic tests 23 and me is one that could be used against you now and in the future.
23 and me does not do health testing anymore they used to until the fda banned them so they had to redesign there system to be a Ancestry like thing
As the other post mentntions, they started back once they got things worked out, but they still are not testing for as many things as they were before the whole deal with the FDA.
Well, they might take more life insurance policies out on random people. They already do this to comp costs. It's really gross but they do. Getting DNA results would be like getting a cheat on the lottery. They could take out life insurance policies on those who were likely to get say cancer, or have a heat attack.
It's getting to were capitalism makes me nauseated. lol
