Already used it to do Family Finder for DH. I have neglected his tree because it is so hard to find much on his folks since the geographical distance makes it hard and there is almost nothing online.

23AndMe has not been helpful at all. No one responds to requests for contact. His Y-DNA has not produced a single match with his surname, either.

I saw this. For a reason personal to me, I will not say any more. Wanted to do it on one line. But someone else would need to do it and he won't. Right now.

We are supposed to be first cousins. Well, half first cousins.

beware this is just a teaser price to get you to take a dip... once they have you by the hook, they will try to charge you more money.

I think $69 from one of the top companies is a great deal. Get yourself the 2 cash back sites. You can't beat the deal when it's normally $99, or $109 with shipping or if I sent you a coupon, it would normally be $89 with $10 shipping.

I will gladly send you a screen shot. I'd love to know if we matched

Of course every company wants to charge you for more records. I personally can't afford buying world explorer. I have not bought an overseas account. I also have not bought any other subscriptions. I haven't used my 2 week free trial.

$69 is very cheap to pay to have your DNA processed so you can then upload to My Heritage where you get free family matching and free heritage. Same for GEDmatch too; then Family Tree DNA for free family matching. The user controls everything.I think it's a win/win at a great price.

When I did my Ancestry DNA, I found a coupon for free shipping, which saved me an additional $9.95.

The results are presented online. I was already an Ancestry member. When you go to the ancestry site, you will need to sign in. Then there will be a black bar at the top left of the screen, just click on DNA.

Yes, you have to make an account so that your DNA can upload to it. If you need directions; I have a blog post titled family tree and DNA

I'd love to see a screenshot, please do send as today is the last day at this sale price. What I am wondering is do you just get a pie chart with regions or are they telling you your exact haplo groups/sequence.
