What makes you think that all parts of Houston are flooded they aren't according to people that live there. The FTDNA office is on the eighth floor in an area of Houston that isn't believed to have been affected much, they also have back up generators so the lab and samples are fine from what I have seen posted from people that know. Some parts of Houston have also started getting mail delivery.

I saw them say the one thing they were worried about were samples that were in transit that may get lost but that they would replace any that did not make it.

They did say whatever was in the lab on the 8th floor was fine.

They may have staff who were affected and need time off to deal with flood issues. I would expect delays.
