R1b-L21 is not specifically "Irish" as has been pointed out to you before. It's quite common in many places including England, Northern France and many other European areas.

How do you know these haplogroup numbers? I used Ancestry, I didn’t get numbers.

It was the AncestryDNA test, and it has since been changed to 50% Southern Italy, 24% Great Britain.

You need the purchase the Y-DNA test, is different from the Ancestry test

Since you are female you would need to have someone in your father's direct male line tested. Ancestry.com does not offer it.
