Greetings.

This is what I need: A Minnesota newspaper in the second half of the 1960s ran a story about a convention of psychiatrists meeting in San Francisco in 1966, 1967, 1968, or 1969 (maybe 1970)
at which one of them, a Dr. T. Richard Gregory, M.D. of Phoenix, in a discussion in connection with the Vietnam War, stated that he would handle it by telling North Vietnam and China to stand down, and that if they did not, he would use nuclear weapons on North Vietnamese and Chinese cities. I need the story and reference. What would be your fees?

Thank you for your time.

I am in San Diego

P.S. If it wasn't in a Minnesota paper, it was in a Wisconsin paper, but I believe it was a Minnesota one.

The American Psychiatric Association (APA) met in San Francisco in 1970.

At least that info will help you narrow down your search range.

Try contacting the APA, perhaps they have speeches given at their conventions archived.
