I'm just wondering if anyone who is British - Welsh, Scottish, Irish, or English - would be interested in partaking in a potential project. The requirements are simple. If your grandparents, or better yet great-grandparents were, born in the same 80 mile radius please share your kit numbers & where your ancestry is from.

For those leery of sharing kits publicly I have a solution. Upload your data again under an abbreviation (e.g. james hunter = jh) and put settings to private. Makes the kit available but relatives, etc. can't be searched.

Thanks in advance.

I just joined a few FB groups, Irish DNA registry, Scottish DNA, British DNA (England and Wales) they also have Irish included. Search for those 3. They all have a GEDmatch match maker app that tells you who you match in the group.

If you wan to send me a DM with GEDmatch number I can see if you're related to my son, his grandmother and a cousin
