So, I got my Y-DNA Test results back today from Family Tree DNA. It says Haplogroup R-M269. What area of the world is that? It says Western Europe, but can it be more specific?

Yes, I'm a white male. I believe My Y Chromosome DNA is from England, cause all of my matches have Cornwall, England as the earliest known place.
