If I were working for the US census, you'd be what you say you are; how you self-identify. Those percentages are your parents' and yours could be quite different proportionally. Then there's who you lived with growing up and which nationality's culture you were most immersed in.

That's entirely up to you. No one else can tell you how to define yourself. Biologically, you're mixed race, but you may identify with one more than another. That's a path of self discovery you have to take for yourself.
