My GGGrandfather made a lot of babies. Fathered 20 children with 3 women.

Whoa, Andrew Warner is my grandfather times 9. Small world!! . We had a big family reunion in the 80’s in Nebraska where all sorts of info was passed out, where we learned all these things. I guess a relative was a “witch” who got hung for it in Salem, does this sound familiar at all or were you at said reunion? Didn’t Andrew own the land where Harvard is now? Maybe the charter oak was also on his property? I’ll have to try and find this info and hope it’s actually correct.

Salinas, California (Not the original founder but one of the leading families that helped develop the town including one of family member helping to get the railroad there).

I like to look at houses for sale in various parts of the country, so for fun, I looked up houses for sale in Salinas. It looks pleasant there. Sunny and warm, and not too far from Monterey Bay, right? Looks nice there.

Some direct ancestors founded New Paltz (NY) and Portsmouth (RI) for religious reasons and probably a few other fly speck places along the way. I don't think any relatives live in any of them now.

Salinas is pretty famous and over 150k population.

The towns of Salinas and Monterey are very close to each other. Definitely a nice area in terms of weather!
