Thanks in advance to the OP or anyone else that can help. I need a look up for my husband's family tree:
Maron Ezzy in Border Crossings records U.S. from Canada, 1908-1935.

Can someone please look up the death certificate of George Dallas (or Dallis) Johnson? He was born 12-13-1846 in either South Carolina, Tennessee, or Harrison, Indiana (probably Indiana). He died 9-12-1908 in Reynolds county, Missouri.

The state of Missouri has their death records online, but only from 1910 and on.

If anyone could do this look up for me, I would appreciate it. Even if Ancestry does not have the record, any info on him, especially about his parents, would be extremely helpful.

Can't find the death record but there are several censuses, a married record and he may have served in the civil war. Do you have this info or you would like it?

If I could get it, I would appreciate it. Could you PM it to me, or do you need to email it to me? Either would be fine.

I think this might be his Civil War Record, though. Not sure.

Missouri Digital Heritage : Soldiers' Records: War of 1812 - World War I

I already have the 1900 Census.

I have the 1850 Census from Harrison County, Indiana. It lists Dallis Jonson as being 5 years old (which makes sense). It lists two adults ages 30 and 25 named William and Sarah. Could be Dallis' parents. They all live in the household of 87-year-old farmer John Smith. I think Sarah and William may be Dallis' parents, but if I could find the 1860 census, it may help confirm that. If you have any census other than 1850 or 1900, I would love to see it.

I appreciate this. Thank you.

If you want the original documents, I'll have to email them to you. There is an 1860 census with a Dalas Johnson, parents William and Sarah. But there's a member on ancestry.com with the same George Dallas Johnson in their tree and they have two other options for the 1850 Census - I'll send you those as well.

There's also an 1870 and 1880 Census - wife is Mary?

George's wife was Mary Jane Thornton.

Will someone please look this up for me? I have subscribed to ancestry many times before, but don't want to subscribe just to try to clarify one thing. I am waiting for the 1940 Federal census to rejoin again, but now I see there's something called the 1940 Census Substitute.
Person: Mathew J. Smith
Born 1895, Worcester, MA
He was still in Worcester in the 1930 Census, but after that I don't know what happened to him. I was a child in the 1950s and I never knew him. Now, I'd like to see if he is in the 1940 census substitute, in Providence, RI and married to a woman named Hannah.
Thanks.

The 1940 Substitute is basically just a bunch of directories which don't tell you much beyond the person's name and address. There were several Matthew Smith's that came up in Providence, RI but there's no way of knowing which one is the one you're looking for.
